Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Rights

You, as a donor, subscriber, event registrant, or payer (“you”), may request cancellation or revocation of your order at any time by contacting us at [info@himalayanprf.org]. Upon receiving your request, HRPF will process the cancellation.

2. Refund Processing

• If a valid cancellation request is received, the remaining amount—after deducting a 10% cancellation fee—will be refunded to you.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 calendar days from the date of your cancellation request.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the transaction, whenever possible. If that is not feasible, we will work with you to arrange an alternate refund option.

4. Exceptions

• If delivery of physical publications or materials has already been completed, or if services have already been rendered, no refund will be issued.
• Once digital content (e.g., e-copies, reports) has been accessed or downloaded, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.

5. Processing Time & Communication

• HRPF aims to complete refund processing within 15 calendar days of receiving a valid cancellation request.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your request is processed.
• Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
